Mr.Bill Eliades came to the United States from Greece in 1954 and opened up a neighborhood tavern called “Mr. Bills”.This became a well known local hang out and a place for many local businesses to come and cash their checks, play shuffle board, darts, etc Fast forward to 1989, Mr. Bill’s son, Steve, had the idea of making the tavern into a crab house. He helped his father grow the crab house into a local sensation, after it had become a full-service seafood restaurant in the 1990s. Developing a crab seasoning that is untouchable and patented to this day.
